Flood City Advisors (Olin & Associates LLC) (“Flood City Advisors,” “we,” “us”) is an independent insurance agency in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect through www.floodcityadvisors.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us when you request an appointment or send a message: your name, phone number, email address, whether you already work with one of our agents (and which one), your preferred office, who referred you (optional), preferred days/times, and any note or message you write.
- Your confirmations: that the contact information is yours and correct, that you are over 18, and that you agree to be contacted as described below.
- Technical information collected automatically by our hosting provider and servers, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site running, secure it, and prevent spam and abuse.
